From the dashboard, open Channel Configuration, then Configuration. You have to connect your Popsy website URL (needs to be published to get it) and copy the live chat code snippet.
Go to Popsy and open Integrations. Navigate to WotNot.
Open it and paste the code snippet into the box. It will connect WotNot to your Popsy website.
Confirm with Save. The live chat widget is now connected to your site. You can manage all the data from WotNot.
And that's it. You can now chat with your site visitors and efficiently run customer support for your business.
